The official numbering system for regulations was changed as of August 1, 2010. The new alphanumeric code (given in parentheses following the name of the regulation) replaces the system published previously on the website of Publications du Québec.

This change does not constitute a regulatory amendment and does not affect the text of regulations nor their administrative designation.

The column “Administrative Designation” has been added as a means of transitioning between the new alphanumeric code of a regulation and its administrative designation.

Note :

The dates indicated in the Regulations (official status) do not indicate the date of last amendment, but the date of the update of the database of Publications du Québec. Please refer to the last column in the table below for the date of the latest amendment to the regulation.
