Pursuant to section 3 of the Regulation respecting fees and costs payable for the issuance of an authorization under the Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans Act
This link will open in a new window (chapter R-17.0.1, r. 2) made under the Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans ActThis link will open in a new window (chapter R-17.0.1), the fees and costs payable will be adjusted on 1 January 2024 in accordance with the rate of increase of the general consumer price index for Canada for the period ending on 30 September 2023, namely, 3.8%.
These fees are not subject to the limit specified in the Act to limit the indexation of several government tariffs This link will open in a new window (CQLR, chapter I-7.1).
