A certified corporate director, Ms. Codsi serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de la Montérégie-Centre. She participates, in some cases as chair, in many strategic committees in the areas of human resources, governance and ethics.

Ms. Codsi currently heads the firm JC Leader Conseil, acting as a human resource management and organizational development consultant, executive coach and certified mediator. A lecturer at various Québec universities since 2002, she previously held management positions in human resources and organizational development within organizations operating in the financial and professional services sectors and the health network, among others. She specializes in the implementation of change management, human resource management and management process optimization strategies.

Ms. Codsi holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the Université de Montréal and is certified in executive coaching, organizational mediation and corporate governance. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, the International Coaching Federation and the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec.

Appointed as a member of the Conseil consultatif de régie administrative (Advisory Board) on January 16, 2020 and then as a member of the Board and Chair of the Human Resources Committee in December 2021, Ms. Codsi was reappointed on June 22, 2022 for a four-year term.
