On April 27, 2011, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) applied to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on December 21, 2007 in the matter of Triglobal Capital Management Inc. This extension request applies to the following companies and individuals: Triglobal Capital Management Inc., Société de gestion de fortune Triglobal inc., Themistoklis Papadopoulos, Anna Papathanasiou, Franco Mignacca, Joseph Jekkel, PNB Management inc., Mario Bright, Focus Management inc., Ivest Fund Ltd., Kevin Coombes and 3769682 Canada Inc.

The hearing for this extension request is scheduled for May 12, 2011, starting at 9:30 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
