Montréal – The publication of this news release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières (BDRVM) in connection with decision 2009-041-001 in respect of 9179-5252 Québec inc. and Air Bermuda inc.

At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the BDRVM issued a decision on December 7, 2009 ordering 16 individuals and seven firms, including 9179-5252 Québec inc. and Air Bermuda inc., to cease acting as a securities adviser and to cease any activity, direct or indirect, in respect of a transaction in securities. As well, the BDRVM issued a freeze order on the funds, securities and other assets held by these individuals and firms.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
