On July 9, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") will file a request with the Bureau to further extend by 120 days the freeze order initially issued on December 7, 2009 in the matter of <link file:25456>Carrefour. This extension request applies to the following companies and individuals: Normand BouchardDo not confuse the respondent with Normand Bouchard (client No. 2000042240), who has a valid right to practise with a certificate in insurance of persons and group insurance of persons (certificate No. 104223) and a registration as a Dealing Representative (Mutual Fund Dealer) (NRD No. 1476381)., Mario Dumais, Tri Minh Huynh, Mario PaquinDo not confuse the respondent with Mario Paquin (client No. 2000258301), who has a valid right to practise with a certificate in commercial-lines damage insurance brokerage (certificate No. 125829)., Gérald Parkin, Gia Tuong Quan, Thinh Tuong Quan (also known as Jacky Quan), Robert Savoie, Bartelomeo Torino, Richard Tremblay, René Viau, Serge Belval, 9175-9704 Québec inc., operating under the name Investissement Max and Fonds de placement Nor-West.

The hearing will be held on July 9, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
