On September 26, 2011, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) applied to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on January 24, 2008 in the matter of Triglobal Capital Management Inc. This extension request applies to the following companies and individuals: Themistoklis Papadopoulos, Mario Bright, PNB Management inc., 2967-9420 Québec Inc., 4384610 Canada Inc., 4190424 Canada Inc., Angela Skafidas and Anthanasios Papadopoulos.
The hearing for this extension request is scheduled for October 18, 2011, starting at 9:30 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial industry.
