On March 12, 2009, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) applied to the BDRVM for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on January 24, 2008 in the matter of Triglobal Capital Management Inc. This request for a freeze order extension applies to the following entities: Themistoklis Papadopoulos, Mario Bright, PNB Management inc., 2967-9420 Québec inc., 4384610 Canada inc., 4190424 Canada inc., Angela Skafidas and Anthanasios Papadopoulos.

The hearing for this extension request is scheduled for April 3, 2009, starting at 9:30 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
