On December 7, 2009, the Bureau issued, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF"), a freeze order against 16 individuals and seven firms, including Robert Savoie, 9179-5252 Québec inc. and Air Bermuda inc.

The AMF has applied to the Bureau to extend these freeze orders. The hearing for this extension request is scheduled for March 29, 2010, starting at 9:30 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec (H2Z 1W7).

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
