Notice of service is hereby given to Kevin Coombes, Thémistoklis Papadopoulos, Anthanasios Papadopoulos, Anna Papathanasiou, Mario Bright, Société de Gestion de Fortune Triglobal Inc. and 3769682 Canada inc. that two Requêtes pour permission d’appeler d'une décision de la Cour du Québec Nº 500-80-014058-094 dated February 3rd 2010 (the "Motions") have been filed respectively by Nechi Investments Inc., 2938201 Canada Inc., Hymson Holdings Inc., Etinvest Holdings Ltd., Franfreluche Investments Inc., Michael Zunenshine, Hazel Zunenshine, Howard Zunenshine and Linda Zunenshine and l’Autorité des marchés financiers at the office of the Court of Appeal, located at Édifice Ernest-Cormier, 100 Notre Dame Street East, in the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2Y 4B6.

The Motions will be presented before the Court on March 16th, 2010 in room RC-18 of the Édifice Ernest-Cormier at 9:30 a.m.

Copies of the Motions have been left for Kevin Coombes, Thémistoklis Papadopoulos, Anthanasios Papadopoulos Anna Papathanasiou, Mario Bright, Société de Gestion de Fortune Triglobal Inc. and 3769682 Canada inc. at the office of the Court of Appeal of Québec at the Montreal Courthouse at room RC-01.
