Trade repositories
A trade repository centrally collects and maintains over-the-counter derivatives data.
This section lists current decisions pertaining to recognitions or exemptions from recognition in respect of entities acting as trade repositories as well as amendments to, or the application of, such decisions. All other decisions are available in the AMF Bulletin.
The purpose of the decision is to exempt certain public data disclosure requirements under Regulation 91-507 respecting trade repositories and derivatives data reporting — (Decision 2017-PDG-0069 (pdf - 66 KB)
