Alternative trading systems

An alternative trading system constitutes, maintains or provides a market or facility that brings together buyers and sellers to trade securities using established, non-discretionary methods but cannot engage in reserved exchanges activities.

This section lists current decisions pertaining to the registration of entities acting as alternative trading systems as well as amendments to, or the application of, such decisions. All other decisions are available in the AMF Bulletin.
