Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision ("Bureau") of two notices of presentation in respect of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. regarding Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Justin Jonathan Service Financier.

On June 11, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") asked the Bureau to extend for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg, Micael Girard and Banque Alterna.
The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) will also ask the Bureau to partially lift the freeze orders for the sole purpose of allowing the SAAQ to dispose of a vehicle belonging to Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg which was seized, in accordance with the Highway Safety Code, CQLR, c. C-24.2.
The hearing will take place at 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2015 in the Paul Fortugno hearing room located at 500, boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, Room 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
