Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the special method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a notice of presentation related to the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. in respect of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Justin Jonathan Service Financier.

On February 4, 2016, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") will ask the Bureau to extend for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Alterna Bank.

The hearing will be held on February 4, 2016 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
