Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") wishes to advise investors in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg / Justin Jonathan Service Financier that investors will be filing a request to lift freeze order with the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") so that certain funds frozen in an account are disgorged to them.

This request to lift freeze order pertains to sums of approximately $90,000 in accounts held at Banque Alterna. An investor with any claim whatsoever on the funds currently held at Banque Alterna for which Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg is the signing officer, or on a portion of such funds, is required to make a representation of such claim and notify the AMF thereof no later than December 15, 2014, after which the requests to lift freeze orders will be submitted to the Bureau.

The AMF is not issuing any opinion in this news release regarding the grounds for any possible suit, which could also be considered prescribed. A legal advisor will be able to inform you about these issues.

Since July 2014, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg, Micael Girard and Justin Jonathan Service Financier have been under cease trade orders issued by the Bureau, and Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg has been under freeze orders.
