Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision ("Bureau") of two decisions issued on June 15 and 19, 2015 related to the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. and regarding Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Justin Jonathan Service Financier.

On June 15, 2015, at the request of the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), the Bureau partially lifted freeze orders for the purpose of allowing the SAAQ to dispose of a vehicle belonging to Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg, which had been seized, in accordance with the Highway Safety Code, CQLR, c. C-24.2.
In addition, on June 19, 2015, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for an additional period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Alterna Bank.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
