On October 8, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") will ask the Bureau to extend for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Alterna Bank.
The hearing will be held on October 8, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
