Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a decision issued on February 25, 2015 related to the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. in respect of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Justin Jonathan Service Financier.

On February 25, 2015, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for an additional period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Alterna Bank.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
