On February 4, 2016, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF"), the Bureau extended for an additional period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on July 17, 2014 in the matter of Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg et al. This freeze order extension request pertains to the following entities and individuals: Justin Jonathan Service Financier, Justin Maisonneuve-Strasbourg and Alterna Bank.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
