Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements and Exemptions (“Regulation 31-103”) arises from the reform of the registration regime, an initiative in which the Autorité des marchés financiers actively participated. The goal of Regulation 31-103 is to create a flexible and administratively efficient regime with reduced regulatory burden. Regulation 31-103 came into force on September 28, 2009.
