The Governance Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations for ensuring that financial institutions establish sound governance practices based on a corporate culture that takes into account their and their clients’ long-term interests. The guideline describes in detail the components considered by the AMF to be essential to ensuring effective and efficient governance of a financial institution.
Integrated risk management
The Integrated Risk Management Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations for ensuring that financial institutions adopt a comprehensive and coordinated approach to integrated risk management that takes into account their interrelationships and interdependencies.
Compliance
The Compliance Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations regarding the measures to be implemented by financial institutions to ensure that they comply with all laws, regulations and guidelines to which they are subject.
