Operational risk management

The Operational Risk Management Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations regarding the management of significant financial loss or reputational risks resulting from human, process or system failures and inadequacies within the financial institution or from external events.

Outsourcing risk management

The Outsourcing Risk Management Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations for ensuring that financial institutions that entrust certain key operational activities, in whole or in part, to outside service providers establish sound risk management practices.

Business continuity management

The Business Continuity Management Guideline sets out the AMF’s expectations regarding the sound and prudent management practices to be adopted by financial institutions to ensure business continuity in the event of incidents that could disrupt normal operations.

Information and communications technology risk management

The Guideline on Information and Communications Technology Risk Management is intended to ensure that financial institutions implement security hygiene measures related to the use of technology, in order to prevent and limit the impact of major incidents.

Financial crime risk management

The Financial Crime Risk Management Guideline is intended to promote the implementation by financial institutions of an effective financial crime management framework to detect and address threats associated with financial crime and ensure sound and prudent management practices to prevent them.
