Indemnity = damage + towing costs, that is: $4,000.00 + $150.25 = $4,150.25

Fire is an insured peril under Protection 3 of Section B, for which a deductible is stipulated. However, when the insured vehicle is damaged by fire, Section B's Deductible clause stipulates that no deductible applies. As for the towing costs, article 1.2.3 of section "Reporting a loss and submitting a claim" states that the insured person must ensure the protection of the insured vehicle from further loss or damage, at the expense of the insurer. Consequently, the indemnity in this case includes the total amount of damage to the vehicle as well as the towing costs.
