Montréal – Further to the call for tenders launched for the sale of some of the assets of Valeurs mobilières iForum inc. and Services financiers iForum inc, the bid made by Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. for assets of Valeurs mobilières iForum inc. was accepted.

The joint bid made by Quadrus Investment Services and Great-West Life Assurance Company for assets of Services Financiers iForum inc. was also accepted.

These agreements are conditional on securing legal, regulatory and corporate approvals, as necessary, and all parties involved in these transactions have undertaken to do so as promptly as possible.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
