Montréal – At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières (BDRVM) has extended, for a period of 90 days, the freeze order initially issued against Corporation services de gestion Mount Real, Corporation de capital Mount Real, La corporation Mount Real Auto plus, Services Mount Real inc., La corporation de services de gestion financière Mount Real, Marché de capitaux Mount Real ltée, Mount Real Management LTD, Real Credit Corporation, Mount Real International LTD, Real Reader Inc. and My Comptroller Services Inc.

On November 21, 2005, the BDRVM issued freeze and cease trade orders against all the above companies.

The AMF is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
