Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision ("Bureau") of a decision issued on June 10, 2016 in respect of Jean-Marc Lavallée and related to the matter of Alain Péloquin,The respondent Alain Péloquin should not be confused with dealing representative (mutual fund dealer) Alain Péloquin, attached to TD Investment Services Inc., NRD registration number 148481. Isabelle CantinThe respondent Isabelle Cantin should not be confused with insurance of persons representative and dealing representative (mutual fund dealer) Isabelle Cantin attached to Services d'Assurance I.G. inc. in Boucherville and Investors Group Financial Services Inc., holder of certificate number 187 322 and NRD number 2557641.; and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

On June 10, 2016, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the above-mentioned matter. It ordered Alain Péloquin and Isabelle Cantin not to dispose, directly or indirectly, of the funds, securities or other assets that they have in their possession or that they have under control or in safekeeping. As well, the Bureau ordered Jean-Marc Lavallée not to dispose of the funds, securities or other assets that he has on deposit, under control or in safekeeping on behalf of Alain Péloquin or Isabelle Cantin or any other entity controlled by them.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
