G. inc. (Boucherville) and Group Investors Financial Services Inc., holder of certificate 187 322, NRD registration no. 2557641. and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

On June 17, 2015, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the above-mentioned matter. It ordered Alain Péloquin and Isabelle Cantin not to dispose, directly or indirectly, of the funds, securities or other assets that they have in their possession or that they have under control or in safekeeping. As well, the Bureau ordered Jean-Marc Lavallée not to dispose of the funds, securities or other assets that he has on deposit, or that he has under control or in safekeeping on behalf of Alain Péloquin or Isabelle Cantin or any other entity controlled by them.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
