On June 9, 2016, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") will file a request with the Bureau to further extend by 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the matter of Alain Péloquin. This extension request applies to the following company and individuals: Évaluation Apex inc., Alain Péloquin, Isabelle Cantin and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

The hearing will be held on June 9, 2016 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, No. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
