On October 24, 2013, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) filed a request with the Bureau to further extend by 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the matter of Alain Péloquin. This extension request applies to the following company and individuals: Évaluation Apex inc., Alain Péloquin, Isabelle Cantin and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

The hearing will be held on November 27, 2013 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
