October 9, 2014 Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders

Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a notice of presentation related to the matter of Alain Péloquin¹, Isabelle Cantin² and Jean-Marc Lavallée in respect of Jean-Marc Lavallée.

On October 7, 2014, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) filed a request with the Bureau to further extend by 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the matter of Alain Péloquin. This extension request applies to the following company and individuals: Évaluation Apex inc., Alain Péloquin, Isabelle Cantin and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

The hearing will be held on October 30, 2014 starting at 2:00 p.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
