This section provides credit assessment agent with forms, instructions and guides to complete the periodic disclosures required by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
Semi-annual and annual statement forms and reporting forms must be completed in accordance with the Credit Assessment Agents Act

Each credit assessment agents must complete the Annual Statement on Market Conduct form (the ‘‘Annual Statement’’) by downloading it from this section.
Once completed, the form must be submitted to the AMF's E-services under the heading ‘‘Client File/Disclosure Schedule’’ by selecting the ‘‘Annual Statement on Market Conduct’’, no later than May 1 of the following year.
