Montréal – This news release is intended to modify the news release issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 announcing that on May 27, 2009, the Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières (BDRVM) dismissed an application for the partial lifting of freeze orders issued in the matter of Triglobal. The application was filed by a group of stakeholders, namely, Nechi Investments Inc., 2938201 Canada Inc., Hymson Holdings Inc., Etinvest Holdings Ltd., Franfreluche Investments Inc., Michael Zunenshine, Hazel Zunenshine, Howard Zunenshine and Linda Zunenshine.
