On September 26, 2013, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for 120 days the freeze order initially issued on June 29, 2010 in the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation. This freeze order extension applies to the following companies and individuals: Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation (also operating under 6972012 Canada Inc., Vida Pharma International and WESPP International), and Effective Control Corporation (also operating under ECC Networks and ECC Réseautique).

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
