On September 13, 2010, at the request of the AMF, the Bureau made a correction to decision 2010- 023-001, which was issued on June 29, 2010 for the sole purpose of replacing the name “Contrôle Transport effectif” with “Effective Control Corporation” in some of the conclusions set out in the decision.

On June 29, 2010, the Bureau issued freeze and cease trade orders against Raphaël Huppé, Manon Chiasson, Johanne Lepage, Nicholas Petrella as well as Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
