Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a decision rendered on June 3, 2013 and related to the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation in respect of Effective Control Corporation.

On June 3, 2013, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF"), the Bureau extended for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on June 29, 2010 in the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation. The extension applies to the following: Raphaël Huppé and the companies Vida Pharma Internation Corporation (also operating under the names 6972012 Canada Inc., Vida Pharma International and WESPP International) and Effective Control Corporation (also operating under the names ECC Networks and ECC Réseautique).

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
