On September 12, 2012, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") applied to the Bureau for a 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on June 29, 2010 in the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation. This extension request applies to the following companies and individuals: Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation (also operating under 6972012 Canada Inc., Vida Pharma International and WESPP International), and Contrôle Transport Effectif (also operating under ECC Networks and ECC Réseautique).

The hearing will be held on October 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 Rene-Levesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers(the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
