Illegal practice as a dealer and illegal distribution - Dominic Lacroix and Micro-Prêts plead guilty
Montréal - On February 28, 2013, before the Court of Québec, Criminal and Penal Division, Micro-Prêts inc. and its officer Dominic Lacroix pleaded guilty to a total of six charges of illegal distribution, illegal practice and misrepresentations.
The Court ratified the parties' joint proposal and imposed a $25,000 fine in this matter.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
