For example, you may wish to report:
- Someone who is pressuring you to jump quickly on “the opportunity of the century”
- A cryptoasset platform that appears to be fraudulent
How to report fraud or a suspicious situation
Before you start, prepare all the documents you wish to submit to us.
- Complete the form to report fraud or a suspicious situation.
- Give us as much information as possible so that we can tell you what form of response the AMF can provide. Feel free to attach documents. If you can’t scan them, take photos of them using a mobile device. You may attach up to 10 files.
Important! As a security measure, your session will time out after a period of inactivity in the form. We will check whether you wish to continue. If you don’t, your disclosure will be cancelled.
