On September 21, 2010, the AMF applied to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on June 16, 2010 in the matter of Véhicules Nemo inc. This extension request applies to the following firms and individuals: Véhicules Nemo inc., Alternative Green Technologies Inc., Guylain Pelletier, Jacques Rancourt, Michel Noreau and Michel Duquette.
The hearing for this extension request is scheduled for October 8, 2010, starting at 10:00 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
