At the request of the AMF, the Bureau issued an order on October 12, 2010 extending, for a further 120-day period, the freeze order initially issued on June 16, 2010 in the matter of Véhicules Nemo inc. The freeze order extension pertains to the following firms and individuals: Véhicules Nemo inc., Alternative Green Technologies Inc., Guylain Pelletier, Jacques Rancourt, Michel Noreau and Michel Duquette.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
