On June 16, 2010, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF"), the Bureau issued freeze and cease trade orders in connection with Véhicules Nemo inc. In particular it ordered the directors of Véhicules Nemo inc. not to authorize the sale of any assets of Véhicules Nemo inc. to Alternative Green Technologies inc.

The AMF issued a news release pertaining to this decision of the Bureau on July 5, 2010.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
