Ressources Antoro Inc. fined $20,000

Securities Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders

Montréal – In a decision handed down on October 1, 2009 in the Court of Québec (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Montréal, Judge Gilles Michaud accepted the guilty plea entered by Ressources Antoro Inc. and ordered it to pay a fine of $20,000.

The firm pleaded guilty to four charges filed against it by the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") in August 2008 for carrying out distributions without a prospectus approved by the AMF, thereby violating the Securities Act.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
