The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is applying today to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on November 21, 2011.

The hearing will be held on September 16, 2014 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
