RSS Feed Service - Terms of Use

By subscribing to an RSS feed service of the Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”), the user agrees:

• to use the service solely and exclusively for personal use (private and non-commercial), for consultation purposes only;
• not to modify content of an RSS feed service at any time;
• not to redistribute content of an RSS feed service to a free or fee-based website, or to an intranet, unless the user has obtained written authorization from the AMF, such authorization being available from the Information Centre at: Request for information; This link will open in a new window
• not to alter, remove, delete or invalidate a notice of copyright or any other ownership notice, or any mention of the source or date thereof or other sign or indicator of the source included by the AMF in an RSS feed.

The information transmitted by the AMF through an RSS feed service has no legal value.

The AMF reserves the right to modify, at any time and at its sole discretion, any of the RSS feed service Terms of Use or discontinue RSS feed service at any time.

Anyone who does not accept these Terms of Use must refrain from consulting or using the texts or any other content posted through an AMF RSS feed service.

The AMF website Terms of Use apply to RSS feed service, with the necessary modifications.
