Life and health insurers - Amendments to guideline on capital adequacy requirements
The following guideline issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) to Insurers licensed to practice life and health insurance in Quebec have been amended.
The Guideline on capital adequacy requirements (CAR) applies for fiscal years beginning on or after January 1, 2008.
