Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a decision in respect of Jean-François Amyot and Conseils Hilbroy inc.

On September 16, 2014, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for a 120-day period the freeze order initially issued on November 21, 2011 in the matter of IAB Média inc. et al. (No. 2011-026-002). It ordered Jean-François Amyot and Conseils Hilbroy to refrain from withdrawing funds, securities or other assets that they have on deposit with Royal Bank of Canada. The Bureau also ordered Royal Bank of Canada not to dispose of the funds, securities or other assets it has on deposit, under control or in safekeeping in the name of or on behalf of Conseils Hilbroy inc. and Jean-François Amyot.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
