Refusal to appear before an investigator - Sam Grinfeld charged again

Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) has launched a penal proceeding against Sam Grinfeld for refusing to appear before one of its investigators. The AMF has filed one charge and is seeking a $4,000 fine.
In May 2012, Sam Grinfeld was fined $27,000 following a proceeding instituted by the AMF related to illegal distributions.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
