Réal Ouellette Pleads Guilty

Montréal – Réal Ouellette has pleaded guilty to seventeen counts brought against him by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Judge Léopold Goulet of the Court of Québec (Criminal and Penal Division), in the judicial district of Longueuil, ordered him to pay a fine of $85,000, plus $1,250 in costs.

Mr. Ouellette, who was the president of 9059-6073 Québec inc. The Autorité des marchés financiers is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
