On June 27, 2011, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) obtained ex parte from the Bureau a reciprocal order to cease trading and acting as an adviser as well as an order denying the benefit of an exemption against François Michaud, Righthedge Investments inc. (also operating under the name Righthedge Investments, Righthedge Alberta, Righthedge Nevada, Righthedge Fund, Righthedge Private Placement Fund, Righthedge Chrono-Logic Fund, Righthedge Vanuatu and Righthedge Group), Wealth Building Venture inc., The Hear Now inc. and Allan Parent.
The hearing for this matter in the presence of the parties will be held on September 15, 2011 starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial industry.
