On April 12, 2011, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") filed a request with the Bureau for a reciprocal order and for an order denying the benefit of an exemption, banning any activity in respect of a transaction in securities and banning any activity as an adviser against François Michaud, Righthedge Investments inc. (also operating under the names Righthedge Investments, Righthedge Alberta, Righthedge Nevada, Righthedge Fund, Righthedge Private Placement Fund, Righthedge Chrono-Logic Fund, Righthedge Vanuatu, Righthedge Group), Wealth Building Venture inc., The Hear Now inc. (also known as Technology healing nature, THN China and THN Investment China inc.) and Allan Parent.
The hearing for this request will be held on June 27, 2011 starting at 9:30 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial industry.
